Levels of Care

Sophros Recovery’s multiple levels of outpatient care can help you move forward at your own pace. Every program is rooted in therapy, mindfulness, and respect for your individual recovery journey.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Receive structured clinical care five days per week without the need for overnight stays. PHP is ideal for those who need stability and support during early recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP offers a balance of clinical support and life flexibility, available during the day, afternoon, or evening. It is a great option for those stepping down from PHP or looking to begin structured outpatient care.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Maintain progress with weekly therapy sessions and check-ins while living independently. OP is tailored for clients with increased stability who benefit from continued accountability and therapeutic connection.
