Holistics and Group Meetings
Sophros is a place of recovery, and this will require a team effort. In addition to our programs, our center will host holistics (e.g., yoga, meditation) and meetings (e.g., AA, SMART Recovery) as feasible. Let us know if you want to be a part of the community recovery effort, and hopefully, we can provide our venue to support your efforts.

Aftercare – Gathering of the Sophrons
From the graduation of our first cohort, we will have a regular gathering of Sophrons. The format is open. We will gather over food to share stories, have real conversations, and join in laughter. Sober life can be fun, colorful, and rich with meaning. Let’s live again.
