Gracie Bowden is a Primary Therapist working towards licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, having graduated from University of North Florida with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Southern University in Psychology, with a concentration in Lifespan Development and a minor in Child and Family Development. She has background working in youth development, school settings, child counseling, and family counseling. Additionally, Gracie is one of our Military and First Responder therapists.
Gracie works through a strengths-based, person-centered lens of counseling, believing deeply in the power of community. She has special interests in grief and bereavement, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy.
Gracie is originally from Savannah, Georgia and has lived in Jacksonville since 2019. She enjoys cooking, fishing, camping, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Jacksonville’s state parks.
